When you submit the project inquiry form, we may receive your name, work email, company, service interest, investment range, timing, message, consent choice, and technical information needed to protect and process the submission.
You choose whether to provide optional fields. Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or regulated information in the message field.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand the requested work, assess whether elego may be a suitable partner, arrange follow-up conversations, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the reliability and security of the website.
We do not use a project inquiry to add you to an unrelated marketing list.
Services that process information
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Successful inquiries are processed by the website’s hosting infrastructure and delivered through Resend to the inboxes configured to receive elego inquiries. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention
Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or manage a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized where practical.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that operate this website or deliver inquiries, with professional advisers when necessary, or when disclosure is required to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction. Personal information is not sold.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices
